Licensed Professional Counselor

Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in 2005 and her Master’s degree in Couples, Marriage, and Family Counseling (M.Coun) from Idaho State University in 2013. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been working in the field since completing her graduate degree.

Nicole provides counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. Her primary theoretical orientation is Adlerian, and she integrates techniques from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best meet the unique needs of each client. She takes a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and walking alongside them with warmth, compassion, and steady support. Nicole believes meaningful change begins when people feel truly heard and understood, and she works to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward at their own pace. She considers it a privilege to walk with clients through both the challenges and growth that therapy can bring.

Nicole was drawn to the counseling profession through her deep desire to help others in a meaningful way. She has always valued connection, compassion, and engaging with others through care and understanding, and found counseling to be a natural and fulfilling path.

Outside of her professional work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family and friends, participating in activities with her children, traveling, running, and enjoying the occasional shopping spree or movie night.
