At City Creek Counseling, our mission is to provide high-quality, individualized mental health services that support the emotional well-being and personal growth of our clients. We understand that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and our goal is to walk alongside individuals and families as they navigate difficult times.
We offer evidence-based therapy tailored to each person’s unique needs, using various therapeutic approaches to address issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles. Katie Mulalley
LCPC, NCC, Owner
Katie is the owner of City Creek Counseling and a Pocatello native dedicated to compassionate care for individuals, couples, families, and kids. She uses evidence-based approaches including Adlerian therapy, CBT/DBT, EFT, and trauma-focused modalities like ART (with EMDR certification in progress).
Nicole Joseph
LPC
Nicole provides individualized, compassionate counseling focused on emotional balance, resilience, and personal empowerment. She uses evidence-based approaches to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and self-esteem in a safe, respectful space.
Melissa Scott
LCPC
Melissa has deep Pocatello roots and over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and adults. She primarily uses CBT and integrates play therapy and solution-focused approaches to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation with a warm, collaborative style.
Kerry Olson-Perrigoue
LCSW (Telehealth Only)
Kerry offers empathetic, strengths-based support to individuals and families in a warm, collaborative environment. She helps clients navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship strain, life stressors, and emotional regulation—focusing on resilience, empowerment, and meaningful growth.
Rishay Ackley
M.Coun., LPC (Telehealth Only)
Rishay has supported children, teens, adults, and families since 2004 in both school and community settings. She blends existential therapy and CBT, using play-based techniques for kids to build coping skills for anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and family transitions.
