Tiffany is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University in 2023. After retiring from the United States Air Force following 20 years of service, she relocated to Pocatello, Idaho, where she continued her passion for helping others by pursuing advanced education and clinical training in the mental health field.
Tiffany enjoys working with a wide range of clients and presenting concerns, including children, couples, and individuals navigating substance use–related challenges. Her primary therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered therapy. She values collaboration and believes in meeting clients where they are to support meaningful, sustainable growth.
Her clinical experience includes working with children, couples, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. She is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
When not working, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her husband and four children and being outdoors as much as possible. She values balance, connection, and self-care, and believes these elements play an essential role in overall mental and emotional well-being.
