Katie is the owner of City Creek Counseling and a Pocatello native dedicated to compassionate care for individuals, couples, families, and kids. She uses evidence-based approaches including Adlerian therapy, CBT/DBT, EFT, and trauma-focused modalities like ART (with EMDR certification in progress).

Pam is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you contact the office and helps make everything feel smooth and stress-free. She supports scheduling, billing questions, and insurance credentialing, keeping day-to-day operations running well.

Melissa has deep Pocatello roots and over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and adults. She primarily uses CBT and integrates play therapy and solution-focused approaches to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional regulation with a warm, collaborative style.

Rishay Ackley

Rishay has supported children, teens, adults, and families since 2004 in both school and community settings. She blends existential therapy and CBT, using play-based techniques for kids to build coping skills for anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, and family transitions.
